Mayor W. Crawford Moore and Town Council Members Jerome Kizer, Bob Renner, Jay Watts, and Joey Bagwell cordially invite you to the Groundbreaking Ceremony for the Town's new Emergency Operations Center & Town Hall.
The new facility will enhance emergency operations and response, streamline Town operations, and serve as a hub for residents and visitors alike. Funding for this project is being provided by the Colleton County Captial Sales Tax Referendum.
